Not sustainable to keep paying the doctors if patient volume and sales are poor

But it’s really common scene in aesthetics… many new clinics opening up and many closing down at the same time

Aesthetics is not a quick way to be rich for those new HO/MO who have no idea of how the industry works.

It’s a high risk high reward job

I only have patient contact 3 days a week.

Other 2 days on call by phone.Hardly get called also. And if get called is simple discussions

My role is very unique so if I shared, it will reveal too much.

Look for niche markets. Unique work. Aesthetics is along similar strategy.

But not as smart as me.

No patient contact if I want. I see 1 day a month to maintain my license nia
