Do people here find that female bosses (reg/con) tends to be more demanding/fierce/particular about things (e.g documentation, wanting things stat etc). They also seem to ask more qn and scold more when you make referrals to them.

Not trying to be sexist, but this is how I felt 4.5 mths into the job. (I am generally a chilllax person, finds it stressful to work with intense people lol)

I have been using locums.sg website for matching locums and clinics, and find it quite useful. However in the last 2 days, the site doesn't seem to be working, unable to log in, not getting alert emails anymore. Email to the website address got returned.

Anyone knows how to contact the website administrators?

Or are there alternative websites / forums / chatgroups for matching clinics and locums?

I saw this news article, where a doctor-to-be was interviewed at the oath-taking ceremony in SG, and he was in his early 30s

so I was wondering how this works

I am an interested medical officer. How difficult is it to match into surgical residency nowadays? Is it worth the effort or better to just be locum?

2-3 years of mopex on average, so enter at pgy 3-4
