OCBC Young Bankers Programme

Is the OCBC Young Bankers’ Programme still open for application? I only just applied today but you guys seem to already have gone through the first and second phases of interviews

Anyone could share more about this programme?
And has anyone gotten any offers for this yr's programme yet?

No use la.ocbc and local banks,are dying. They aint hiring. All these program for show only

the market this year is very bad. banks are still hiring although in much smaller volumes. a classmate just received an offer for the DBS MA programme 2 weeks ago. i know the first batch of UOB MA offers were handed out (out of ~100 candidates at the assessment center stage) end-Jan.

I got an invite to do a video interview as part of my application to the Young Bankers Programme at OCBC.

I would like to ask if anyone has taken this interview or any video interview with OCBC and what questions were asked during the interview? How many questions were there?

How much time are we given to answer each question and how much time are we given to prepare for each question?

How many attempts are we allowed for each other question?

Were they strengths-based questions or competency-based questions? Or both?

What advice do you have on how to best prepare for the interview?

Are you allowed to exceed the time given for you to answer a question? And if so, by how much? I'm afraid if I exceed the time given my answer will be cut off abruptly.

Thank you very much for your information. The 2017 recruitment of MA programme seems to be over. Gotta wait for the 2018 one.

has anyone applied for OCBC YB 2018 ? got any reply from the HR ?
