OCBC young bankers' prog vs DBS MA prog
Which is better? Would appreciate any advice/comments. Thanks!

young bankers prog is not a MA prog. apparently some ppl who are in the ocbc yb prog think that they are a MA prog. boost their inferiority complex i think. haha.

OCBC young bankers is graduate program, not a MA program. OCBC's MA program only admits masters degree holders or internal promotions.
Also, DBS's MA program pays better than OCBC young bankers.

DBS MA has a wide range of starting pay from $3900 to $4800, depending on the department you are posted to.
OCBC young bankers has a starting pay of about $3600.
Source: heard from my friends who got into these programs.
