All three are good options if you only want to train there and then leave. Miserable places. Meat grinders all of them. Don't be so sure you can take the grind, it gets to you.

In order of merit: R&T, A&G, then Oon.

Normally A&G would be ranked first for most practices. But for shipping specifically, R&T trumps it.
