Then Rodyk's is solidly within the new Big 4 scale what, albeit at the lower bounds.
Based on a comment couple dozen pages back consolidating the revised pay range for the Big 4s:
NQ 6.4 - 6.8
1PQE 7.4 - 7.8
2 PQE 8.4 - 8.8
3 PQE 9.8 - 10.4
The real question is whether the >1 PQE annual increments track the Big 4, or will a gulf invariably develop.

word. classic case of overpromising and underdelivering - not to clients but to assocs this time.
side note, how would anyone know the NQ payscale, considering 2022's NQs have yet to be called? as of the latest round of increments, only 1PQE and up would be public knowledge, right?

Yes a gulf develops. Heard 3 PQE in Rodyk paid less than 1k difference from Big 4 3 PQE or may even be lower so around 8.5k

Rodyk was the first to implement a pay cut in 2020. "Big 5"

JD LLM aggressive ads
Hello, saw SMU is aggressively advertising its JD/LLM course in email, social media, search engines etc. Just wanted to check the market demand if it is really worth pursuing the course.
I am currently a data analyst at a local bank

I'm assuming you're asking about the JD? An LLM isn't a qualifying law degree.
Don't bother. The post a few comments above yours already informs what are the salary ranges you can expect for the top 5 largest/highest tier local law firms, as a newly qualified lawyer. Not worth it.
I'd say your chances of landing a spot in the Big 5 law firm is around 40-50%? Fair chances. But these are good odds for undergrads that aren't saddled with financial and opportunity costs. Your position as a mid-career switcher is much different.
Just stay in your lane as a data analyst. Isn't that like hot commodity now? You'll be outearning many lawyers soon enough.

Tiagong “Big 5” MP sent loooong emails this morning on pay scale. Anybody can share?
Anyway, heard they do tiered pay scales now:
2021 call/PQE 1 : 6600 - 6900
2019 call/PQE 3 : 9,500
Got other info?
