From 3PQE onwards you'll start losing out quite noticeably to your peers in b4.
If you jump out now to AGC, expect a 15% loss in pay compared to your peers, which will continue to go up as you advance your PQE.

What type of judge is that? Why located in sg, but a foreign judge?
Or is it for nice only the title? Any ah cat ah dog can apply?

You do realize without any specifics or links or context no one knows what you’re even talking about? Your post is so vague and unclear to the point of being pointless.

Firstly, wouldn’t it be easier to attain a said grade if the bell curve was pulled down…? I think you meant up?
Secondly, difficulty in attainability doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a sought after criterion in the work force.
Lastly, all these debate about schools have already been dealt with extensively, haven’t it? Can we please stay on thread and discuss about salary / career progression? With the big exposure and run-up that the Sidley SG office is getting, anyone in the know care to share the salary scale?

Sidley pays the same as whatever is on legal cheek. The pay scale is there. Just convert it from USD/GBP to SGD.
