Outdated information BWML just bumped salaries earlier this year.
Even before their bump their NQ pay was higher than TSMP's new NQ pay. Now the difference is even greater.

HR Baker told me in July NQ is 7.5-8k for Baker.

from what i hear baker's nq pay increased from 7.5k to 8k. if the posts in front are correct on a&g's pay (7.5k), the difference really is shrinking.

Are there more ex a&g in intl firms than bakers? If so, then decision is clear with offers from both.
