It's the dept you apply to if you can't get into any other depts in the firm cos it's the least popular choice. Literally no one would choose reits if they had a choice. Could be strategic if you want to get into a big firm but can't compete with the other applicants.

Lol Virtus Law isn't really a typical small firm, it's the legal alliance of Stephenson Harwood, it's like any FLA, there's alot of Ang Mohs doing international facing work, and a small SG team taking on the SG (and flow-on int) work.
