Seriously, why put up advertisements if none of your HR personnel bother to reach out to candidates? Sure they've been deluged with tons of applications. But surely it doesn't take 3 weeks to send out an email that could just even be copied over on a template.


P.S. A&G bothered to send a rejection, hence why they are missing.

I am not sure what these 'opportunities' are anymore.
maybe they just chose not to respond to you first while they interview their preferred candidates - keeping you as reserve

I think they usually say they are not obliged to give a rejection response so you don’t have to apply if you don’t like that

Exactly. While I don't necessarily approve of the practice of recruiters 'ghosting' applicants, OP's original assumption that these adverts are 'fake' is also off the mark.

Am at WP, they are hiring regularly. I see new hires being added every few weeks.
