Seriously, why put up advertisements if none of your HR personnel bother to reach out to candidates? Sure they've been deluged with tons of applications. But surely it doesn't take 3 weeks to send out an email that could just even be copied over on a template.
P.S. A&G bothered to send a rejection, hence why they are missing.
I am not sure what these 'opportunities' are anymore.

I think they usually say they are not obliged to give a rejection response so you don’t have to apply if you don’t like that
