6140 base pay? Or is this incl of the front load component so your "bonus" works out to 1, at most 2 months.

NQ first 4 months: 5.8k
NQ following 8 months: 6.4k
Works out to ard 6140 monthly. Shld be basic pay before yearly bonuses.
