Any one here has worked with any of their graduates yet ? Looking for mkt feedback.

Saw an ad by Fervent Chambers on the Law Society page, they say they are newly incorporated and want to list on the legal 500 and chambers and partners in 1 year... Sounds like a very promising place; any idea who the partners are? Did some SC leave a Big 4 to set up his own shop?

Hello, if 3PQE were to lateral into compliance/AML roles, what is a realistic job rank that I would start off as? Would it be somewhere around AVP/VP1 level or would it be below that? Hoping to hear from those who made the move, sincere replies appreciated in advance.
