i'm doing my training at a small firm and I go to office everyday. no WFH arrangements.
are Big 4 trainees allowed to WFH or are they also going to office everyday? curious about other firms as well.
just want to see which firms allow for WFH. WFH is better imo but i guess some people like going to office to interact more with lawyers

If you are not comfortable going to work, then you should raise this with your SS. My boss gives us the right to make that decision for ourselves so long as the work is done and timelines are met.
I prefer to come into office because I work better with hardcopy documents - and most discovery from clients comes in hardcopy.

wouldn't say i am uncomfortable, WFH would just save me travelling time haha.
i prefer hard copies as well actually! i think i will propose some kind of hybrid arrangement and see what happens.

depends on luck/your bosses/team. practice is tough everywhere la. just keep your head down, train and get the name on your cv. if you like, good. if you don't like, use the big4 name and jump elsewhere
