Anyone knows how much an in-house counsel between 3 to 6 PQE in a local GLC / company earns? E.g. stat board, Changi Airport

Will senior lawyers factor in that this year's Part B is increased standards, and so be more willing to forgive/retain trainees who failed a paper or two? Or will they just see it as "huh, you didn't pass ah. I thot part b is easy one, never hear anybody fail before" and not retain you?

It depends on how badly they need more warm bodies, how you've performed throughout your training period, whether you have any value add beyond legal skills (do you have valuable connections that may lead to billables for your partner? Does someone in your family happen to play golf with your supervising partner?)
