Approximately:
1st Class = 3.8k
2nd upper = 3.5k
2nd lower = 3.3k
Engineers are paid quite high starting salaries, but the progression is very slow and most will be stuck at about 5-6k at 40 years old.

This only applies to certain engineering skills, if not it is usually low end of 4k+.
