Any fresh grads who applied for this?

why are there 0 interviews? i was surprised when they offered me 3.6k straight away for a fresh grad tech role lol i know the pay is low but i thought still need interview... wtf

damn funny, first time i hear tech job can get without any interview whatsoever lol

this company really jialat. ncs also same thing, only behavioral interview. funny.

if u want anything above 4.5k, go find mid-tier foreign mncs.

Nonsense. Ncs still has a technical + presentation round. Means you never get through the first round…scrub

This year minimum that they offered should be 4.5k.
