Both of you are in different percentiles in terms of your job grade’s salary range. Your colleague, who ranks below you, can very well receive higher $ increment if he’s in lower %ile

our difference was just $30 before this merit increment. his increment is like around 9% with a C

So both of you are in the 2.5k range before the increment? At that lower end of job scheme (poly fresh grads?), I suppose your HR uses a different formula

Anyone can share the range for MHA HASE MX13 onwards and hows the progression and MI be like?

Mid career: year 1: MX13 (HOw long to promote to MX12?)
HOw long does it takes from MX12 - MX11?

How many years of experience you have as mid career. Usu mid career come in at mx11 and above.

I also hope to have that lo. I am still in the CS, uniformed services... for 10 years. Gotten the degree and now want explore other job fulfilment. However, it is still a trf of svc...(JO role) now applying Snr exec.
