Join last year 7 March 2023, didn’t get increment in April 2023. Got a slight bump in March 23. Got ard 3% after crossing 1 year increment this year March 24. Would like to know will i still get MI in April 24 ? Was given a default grade C, am a MX12.

It's a pro-rated mi from mar to apr
