Mx12 Newbie to civil service here. Although got a C grade was informed that performance was not up to scratch and got a substantive reduction in PB from the usual 1.4. Increment only 1.6% this time. May I check this is tied to performance, or heng suay ministry issue? Still got a 1k range before I hit mx12 cap.

How long have you been in service? Are you emplaced already? When i got emplaced my increment was $100+ only

My one is still showing the old current pay point (2022). Is it something wrong with HRP or no increment due salary adjustment last year?

1 year plus. On contract. When my contract renewed last year it got a small bump up.

1 year plus don't think so much about it. Take your boss's feedback seriously and positively and focus on improving yourself, the increment and bonus will come. Aim for the emplacement first cos this is about job security and how your boss feel about you. My boss said similar thing to me in my initial years

My 1st year: default C, MI ard 200
My 2nd year: got emplaced, MI ard 100, C grade
Just past 3rd year, 1st full year as perm, B grade

I'm ard 500 away from ceiling...

MX scheme annual increment is in Apr? Didnt know that.

Sorry was just promoted to MX12 last year. So didnt know about this.

Thought yearly increment is in June?

MX12 in a ministry, YOE 2.5+.

PB B, MI 6.5%
