Thats for mx10, seggregation for SAD vs DD.

Merit increment is recommended by PSD, takes in factors such as performance grade, mx level, how nesr you are to ceiling etc.

Is it possible for the pay to increase without official notice or letter telling you of any adjustment; discounting merit increment in civil service?

I nv get notified of merit increment. But i got abt 4.5% and C grade. Is this ok?

Mx11 btw. Think no chance to promote in near future coz place practises favouritism and needs to promote those in core function/role

C+ grade for first year at stat board got good chance for emplacement? Two year contract with chance to perm estab towards the end

How much increment to get on 1 June? MX12 here. Got 'C' for PB in March earlier this year.

does the 2 Bs in 3 years promotion criterion apply to MX11A and above too?

u sure u jump 2 grade or is it your place has 11a and 11b under the extended mx scheme
