No, MX merit increments and promotions have always been in April. Perhaps you're from a statboard or specialised scheme?

Those of you who got M.I + ProMotion increment of 8% and above, care to share what is the first digit of your old salary?

Cos I want to find out if M.I + promotion if roughly based on a fixed amount (i.e roughly around $500) or based on %.

Anyone here got a lot more than $500 increment for both M.I and promotion increment?

Seems like MI isn't as bad as during covid?

My 1st year: default C, MI ard 200
My 2nd year: got emplaced, MI ard 100, C grade
Just past 3rd year, 1st full year as perm, B grade

I'm ard 500 away from ceiling...

What specialised scheme are u talking abt? I am under the MX scheme. Current MX12.

Under one of the ministry. I check workpal my salary still the same. Means no increment?
