The question is about how AWS & VB Variable Bonus are related to the calculation of employee and employer's CPF contribution:

In this first picture, this is her normal payslip for February 2019;
On the other hand, the 2nd picture payslip of December 2018 showing AWS and VB and most importantly the CPF deduction from both employee and employer, are those calculations correct?

For your calculation purpose,
Her day of birth was August 1986
while her month and year of contribution was since August 2015.

In general, yes both variable bonus and aws (13th) are considered additional wages. These Are subject to cpf until your total wage hit 102000.
