Hi, I just got offered as a software enginnering analyst with 3200+300 too. Like you, I do not come from com sci, but i am second upper. Had an impression during the interview that they only hire 2nd uppers and abv... Does not seem like they scale the salary by class of honors.

Quite surprise that Accenture can still get away with offering this sort of sweatshop salary when even some of the smaller IT companies are offering above 5k for fresh grad software engineers.

You have to keep in mind that we do no hold degrees from comsci. Accenture is probably more of selling their reputation and their learning environment.
