Is it better to join Accenture or other banks, like DBS or MUFG as a business analyst? Which one would offer a better pay and promotion?

It depends on what you want for yourself tbh. If you're content on staying on one path then banks but if you feel like you potentially might want to branch out to other stuff companies like Accenture would be able to provide exposure to many different things.

what is the difference between business analysis and change management pod? is there a clear line between what projects and jobscope you can take?

I'm waiting to see if there will be salary adjustment too but it will only prob be done in a few mths time? the adjustment would definitely be less than 1k tho

Yeah it's still 4.9k, no adjustments as far as I know.

Usually programs only adjust if there's a decrease in intake. still loads of people applying to TAP.

Also Accenture is a better option over banks, do a quick search on linkedin, you can find Accenture -> FAANG people everywhere but I have yet to see a single DBS -> FAANG.
