Tbh i don’t think so. Best is take the promotion to L10 and leave for banks/tech which are paymasters.

Promotion to L7 Manager
Hi just wanna check how long does it take for a L9 MC to be promoted to a manager? Based on what I see, it takes at least 3 years. Can someone confirm?

The name already tell the difference. Business and integration arch/delivery analyst belongs to technology dte, consulting development analyst or strategy analyst belongs to S&C dte. DTE aka is the function or you can call it department in the company. Business and integration analyst easier to get offered after the elevate experience round, but to get offered consulting analyst or strategy analyst is more competitive. At the end of the day, depends still on your interest and also relevant experience and skills bah.

Hi all, I joined accenture as part of the TAP in 2018 and then became consultant in mid-2021. Current total 4 yrs of exp with accenture fresh out of uni.
Current drawing a salary of 6k base. Am I getting lowballed? Should I request for a revision?
Any insight to this is appreciated. Thanks!
