7k monthly in 4-5 years? Sure it's lower than current fresh grads but I'm also dumber and lazier than current fresh grads so it works for me.

This is true.
I have friends at FAANG. For Google, every 2 years they will do a review. Basically if you fall below a certain point threshold, you will be fired, same for Amazon.
In other words, you must constantly be improving. No one gets to stay L3 or L4 forever at Google lol you are expected to reach L5 within 7-8 years max. Same for Meta and Amazon. So in that regard, Accenture is great if you can hit 6-7k. You are pretty much a senior dev, you feel like a boss around the freshers and job security is there as well. Absolutely little to no pressure.

One started 1 year ago, 95k base, 40k USD vested stocks over 4 years, sign on bonus 20k, conditional upon completing 1 year of employment. Big G.
Another friend who referred my first friend, 4 YOE, he won't share exact pay, tells me it's above "10k" monthly, take that for what it's worth. Also G.

You can either source it yourself or they will source it. Once you're benched, please communicate with your TFS/PL and work with them to find a project ASAP.
Don't wait for them lol. You don't really want to miss on opportunities.

How do you source for projects yourself ah if you’re pretty new and don’t have connections? And how do you know you’re benched? Means you no project basically?

Is it better to join projects that are long? So you can ensure you will have chargeable hours. Actually typically what’s the duration of a “normal” project in Accenture ah? Is 2-3 years length considered long alr?
