Agreed. If you're going for IT Consulting which is basically what this entire thread is even about, MCK is not a better option. Most tech companies know about Accenture more than MCK.

McKinsey no one know meh can’t be ah? And the op say the role is called consulting analyst - leap. Even if it touches on it consulting but the consulting style and clients are that of MBB since McKinsey is the top of MBB, so how can Accenture be better. It consulting covers a lot you know and not just implementation which Accenture is doing. Are you it consulting even consulting lmao, all you do is implementation and whatever client tells you to do, there isn’t even a consulting aspect to it let alone “tech”… Accenture noobs be saying it’s better than a MBB lmao

Having said that, if
1. You want to do some tech related work
2. Don't want to work in a stressful tech company like AWS or META
3. Want to do some management work
4. Do not work so much coding
5. Like to interact with people, comfortable with talking to people face to face in meeting room/zoom
Then accenture is a right fit for you
I cannot say the same for EY and Deloitte Consulting, as I nvr work there before. But I have some colleague from Deloitte they jump to ACN, they say not much hand on with tech stuff compare to ACN.
Just sharing what I know from first hand experience

Accenture is very emphasis on tech development, because it is the only thing make money for them I think
I dun think MBB want to invest so much in this part

mck works with c-level to strategize their digital roadmap. Acn works with their ground staffs to implement

Seems like both the consulting analyst - LEAP by McKinsey and Accenture consulting have people rooting for either one. So comes the deciding factor for us all right, which have better exit opportunities? Be it FAANG, F100 firms, other consulting firms and even MBA applications? Will the consulting analyst at McKinsey or Accenture at least get you the first round of interviews? Guess this is relevant right afterall, majority jump after a few years at Accenture
