lots of people who dont need money join ACN to cruise and farm YOE lol my parents got 10m in savings and got me a house, why the fk do i care if i work at ACN earning 4k or FAANG earning 8k. at the end of the day money is not the priority here... same for many others working in ACN.
when i first joined ACN i met at least 10 diff people who owns 2-3 condos already. the others i met dont even care about the low pay, its so obvious that they already have money or minimalistic spenders who dont give a fk about the rat race.

Wonder those who come to Accenture can only stay stuck in this company, exit opportunities aren’t even that good.

Accenture has fallen from grace. Gone are the times where it is hard to get in. They now take in any tom dick and harry. System integrator/Vendor say lah dun need package as tech consulting which isn't what it is doing anymore. Consult what? most of the solution does not work well or are very outdated.

Health and ps clients are a major headache, demanding and keep flip flop. Heard from my friends they ot till past midnight and in every client meeting the client like to take advantage and scold and team lead also can’t do anything just keep quiet. This kind pity sia.

All these fresh graduates that are not even in the company afraid of grades affecting anything at all. It does not. Or do you feel unjust because you've spent so much time getting a good grade but it does not affect anything at all?
End of the day, people only cares if you can perform and work properly. Even if you have fantastic grades, if your work attitude sucks and your cannot perform, no one will like you also.
No one cares about your grade. No one.

Have you even started working yet? Of course that is possible.
Getting good grades just means you are good at studying, that's all. It does not translate to performing well at work. Start working for a few years and observe people before having such mindset. Not defending Accenture, but there are other companies like this as well.
After working a few years, do you really think employers care about your honours? What you've done and contributed is more important than your honours.
