You need to have a good story and good support from project if you want to be promoted

If wait to december it would be 24 MAL already. Im fine with June or Dec, since I'm only 1 year+ in Accenture. Experienced hire as CL11 earlier on...

Tbh CL 11 to CL 9 is almost guaranteed. All the more guaranteed if you're under TAP. If didnt get - then yes you should resign.
