Weird though since there’s plenty of applicants and those from the two other openings that they have yet to processed. If performance is not up to their standard or only mediocre, would have been easily to reject Liao then waste everyone’s time to go for another interview. So I don’t think related to your performance? Maybe it’s more on testing your skillets and character?

for most graduate programs you will indicate the name of the program in this case ACN TAP or whatever as your job title and then you indicate which rotations u did under this program. so in ur cv u will only have 1 job (3 bullet points, 3 rotations) instead of 3 jobs lol.
btw, for this kinda programs, dont expect too much ie you will not be seen as a real "business analyst"/ "consulting analyst" in a mere 3months - 1 year. so doesnt rly matter what u write on ur cv.

Not yet. I didn't perform my best at EE since it's my first assessment centre but I'm not sure of the reason why there's a difference

Cos I did a search on LinkedIn and saw all those under the TAP last year and earlier or this year they all state the exact role name - most commonly seen were “Strategy and Management Consulting Analyst” and “Business Analyst” or “Business and Intergration Analyst”. But they are all under the talent advancement program cos they got promoted to senior analyst in a years time and still retain each of the position name leh. Never see any who had rotations under the tap

Those who applied for the consulting opening, Accenture replied my email saying they’re still going through applications as they just concluded the hiring for the March EE for

Loll I also sent an email previously as they gave the email out during the tap talks and ask us to email our questions in, until now also no reply.

Good pay and progression for fresh grads. People may complain all they want here about poor wlb, bad pay etc. but tbh they aren’t many better programs considering the cutoff required. Also-contrary to popular belief here it isn’t easy to get in.
