i applied for the general TAP and Graduate Consulting Analyst - Talent Advancement Program. tdy when I click to apply for Graduate Technology Analyst – Talent Advancement Program it says that I have alr applied for it under TAP so does it mean that they all the same under different names?

Acn only if you have what it takes to be different. Most will just get stuck eithout being able to hit mgr

No leh, all of them do fall under TAP. But how the portal works is that only if you applied for the same opening will it show that you have applied for it. Cos I know someone who applied for all three 😂
So I think you are able to put your application in for all 3 openings. Unless they link the recent graduate technology analyst-tap to the general tap cos mostly tech related. But don’t make sense though cos the general tap application has alr closed so another possibility is that the backend link was linked wrongly…
