But for someone who got a higher salary at analysts like maybe 4.7k, and gets promoted to senior analysts, will the salary be 5.1k (4.7k + 400 increase) base or the same as all for senior analysts of 4.9k?

yes something like that, they will adjust accordingly

Do you need to achieve a certain gpa or what class of honours to graduate in order to join the TAP? What if one receive and accepted the offer but maybe only graduated with a second lower class or third class, will Accenture retract back the offer?

not sure about acn, but for other companies with conditional acceptance of the offer ie. (you must get 2nd upper and above) and u graduate without 2:1 then the offer will be rescinded. so read ur offer letter carefully. ofc, if u dont even have an offer then all good lol

gpa is moot bro. you can be the smartest alec out there but if you can’t talk / speak for yourself / know how to manage clients or relationships, u won’t get far in life de. people need to realize that there’s more to life than just grades lmao, if you can do the job right (with the right skillset and ethic) and can value add to not just ur work but others around too, then every company will come looking for u instead lol
but ofc u don’t go and fail school la. grades is somewhat meaningful for first job, limpeh barely scrapped 2:2 but also got good salary (~4.9k) too

Anyone who got the offer from the first batch could you share if your offer letter stated the grades requirement?
