Yep so I'm inclined to Accenture since I got this far already to the EE stage but then I still have to get through the EE session and the project team interview after that...
Should I accept Marsh offer or nah?

Oh congrats on your offer btw, I have a friend who applied but didn’t get the offer.
I see, probably can look at a few factors, what do you want to do in future? Which is closer to your interest?
Salary wise, Accenture is higher than Marsh’s. Not too sure if your application for Accenture was for the tech or consulting one? The industry that Marsh is in is actually growing and exit opportunities are good after 2-3 years of experience where some be taking home 8k even, but of course you have to have the skill sets (which I think you should be able to develop since it’s a grad program). Work life balance is also something you may want to consider cos Accenture is known to have a very high OT culture where burnouts are extremely normal (also one reason why some analysts left after a 2 years).
If you’re certain you can get Accenture’s offer then maybe can wait for it. But if you’re not as certain, safer to go with an offer you have right now (cos will you regret if you rejected this offer and didn’t end up getting any?)
Can consider these few factors and see where are you leaning towards more! So, which do you prefer tho?

Marsh should be a better option of the two

Thanks for your input! Sorry guys I don't mean to hijack the ACN thread w Marsh stuff but I am weighing my options now since I'm waiting for EE. My application should be with consulting (not sure since email just specified TAP only) because I have 0 tech background.
Glad to hear Marsh's industry is growing and wow up to 8k after 2-3 years is pretty good indeed. Yeah I've also heard stuff about ACN's work culture so that's something to be considered, but a couple years at ACN will make for a nice CV I believe haha.
That's why now I'm curious about the passing rate of candidates for the interview after EE - if it's a 99% more or less confirmed offer then I'll hedge on it, if 50% or less make it through the post EE interview then I should probably play safe and go with Marsh.
Also I should add that while I come from a biz background I have no consulting exp (not even intern) soooo that's why I'm not super confident of my chances of making it through the post EE interview. :/

As to which industry I am interested in... well I don't know much about brokering, and in comparison consulting sounds sexier tbh hahaha so that's why I haven't accepted Marsh and waiting for ACN EE

Why though isn’t the brand name bigger for Accenture?

No prob!
Usually EE majority will be progressed, but quite hard to tell for this year’s batch since Accenture put up 3 different openings for the TAP - the first generic one, the second which is tech analyst and the last which is consulting. So based on what you’ve mentioned, seems like yours is the generic one which I think final decision as to where they post you will depend on acn although you may not have tech background. Most of the consulting also requires you to dabble in tech stuff for most projects such as tableau, sql, postman etc (I think that’s why they had the hackerrank too, so you passed this shld be fine).
Since there’s quite a few openings for the tap with each opening around more than 200 applications (the latest consulting one had more than 400 applicants) so I think they will have to reject a portion from all openings. As much as most make it past EE usually, sometimes it’s quite hard to determine how they reject some people. I have a friend who went for the beach day for their internship and at the end she didn’t get processed to the final interview despite doing well and all.
Or if time allows, maybe you can for the EE and have a feel of what’s it like. If you feel that chances are slim then maybe can accept the offer from Marsh in that week?
