If not how? U prefer top-down? Come look at practices from previously known as digital side, guaranteed people at the top more skilled than people at the bottom. Even they would know to ask bottom people for advise as well since bottom people are the ones involved in executing the nitty gritty while managers manage. U wont ask bottom ppl for management advise right?
