Our recruiter mentioned that those who got contacted for 3rd round is bc they’re still on the fence about u after All Access and EE. They just want to have the standard 1-1 interview to get to know u better (: It’s nothing to do with pods or field of study don’t worry.

Ya don’t lame la, those need interview is cos you are on the “on the fence list”, HR long ago say le. Don’t try to anyhow find correlation to justify la, what “stem” major need interview. Clearly, you are on the fence candidate cos your thinking capabilities are sub par
