Yep so I'm inclined to Accenture since I got this far already to the EE stage but then I still have to get through the EE session and the project team interview after that...
Should I accept Marsh offer or nah?

Just accept Marsh, at least it’s a proper grad program that people in the industry knows and Marsh is a leader in the industry. Accenture TAP isn’t even a proper grad program… you’ll regret if you choose Accenture over your Marsh offer man.

Honestly acn hr cmi one, past intern in 2020 and only this year then they paid the employer cpf to our account, same for all interns in our batch. This confirm kena found out that’s why suddenly process for 6 months of internship cpf. 2 years ago one imagine how many interns and full timers face this issue.
Wonder if salary is even properly given to full timers, got to check every month Liao.

Public but shouldn’t affect regardless of Uni thought. Cos the project had a mixture of different unis and all our contract stated entitled to cpf. We have a group chat so we were all talking about it and realised all of us only received it this year… like 2 years later 😬 so we were suspecting probably they got found out that’s why one shot process all of ours.

Wonder if any applicants received offers along the way while waiting for the offer from acn? Considering how slow they are in their hiring process, they’re gonna lose applicants along the way man.
Regardless of local or private or overseas Uni, all employed in receive same salary, rank and perks. So I think the op issue right really just shows the HR was either sleeping through or they practice this behaviour until they are found out, which is really pretty bad and just brings down the whole company name.
A takeaway is to always always check your salary and cpf contributions when they are in, regardless of what company. But guess Accenture’s employees have to be more careful now.

Another intern here who experienced the same thing too, but I interned last year and the cpf was also in this year. I thought it was just me lol. Myself and a few actually got return offers but we rejected as the OT culture was really bad. I’ve seen the analysts in the team work their asses off till midnight everyday and majority only get promoted after 2 years. Maybe if you’re single you can tahan but if you’re in a r/s or have a fam, the work life balance is really something potential candidates should considered heavily.

no it matters.
https://www.mom.gov.sg/newsroom/parl...pf-for-interns
public uni interns are not entitled to CPF. i didnt get CPF either when I was a intern, I just got my payment in full cash. its not illegal or shady practices, it's allowed by MOM. companies can choose to give CPF or not if you're from public uni ( NUS / NTU / SIM / SIT / SUTD )

Were you an intern with acn or? Cos we’ve never received any cash payouts. And all of us intern’s salary were the same at 1.3k.
