So obviously this program find the same kind...
Can you imagine if all the candidate are FCH. People in operations will quit under their leadership.

We don't. But it has been 3.8k every year, and salaries are unlikely to see a big jump. Maybe only a slight increase every few years to remain competitive or keep up with inflation.
