I'm currently in my first year in the GA Ops batch. It really depends on which department you rotate to, but it's not as bad as what people say here.
Instead of doing manual work, transaction processing etc, we are more engaged in projects and depending on the project it can get really interesting.

Oh and to add on, because we are not involved in like those repetitive and legacy ops work (DBS has tech and ops team in countries like indo etc. to do this), OT is actually quite rare, at least during the 2 year grad programme

Yep. Progression wise is not bad too, based on my seniors who are still with DBS.

How is it like? In terms of the rank and pay?
What's the rank and salary of someone who has finished the grad program?

Graduate associates will become associates after the program ends. Salary is dependent on your performance during the first 2 years

Lots of projects to do during the graduate program, mainly dealing with process improvements and technology implementations. Work-life balance is great during the program, but not sure after the program ends.

Increment is dependent on your performance, but roughly around 2% per year. So at the end of the programme it's around $3.95k to $4k.

Let's not bring salary into discussion because of the trolls and brings us nowhere.
My second year salary was 4.2k, I was the batch who entered when the salary was 3.8k. So what you said is not true.
Let's just talk about the qualitative aspects of the role.

See. Told you all! It's 4.2k that's what my senior say also.
Not 3.8k
