est wait time for decision was told will be around 2-3weeks

I presume people here asking about corporate side, since most young doctors are employed under mohh. Hence the glassdoor reviews are quite inaccurate since it's mostly doctors and AHPs bit ching about their situation

For corp,quite OK if you're in the correct department or division. But some have a poorer rep in terms of work life balance and culture than others.

Pay is median. Not top civil service level like GovTech, MFA, MAS that kind but not the lower end ones either. Decent for the hours

One of the poster above is correct, rank is actually quite deflated compared to many other public sector or government agencies

I don't mind. I have pretty good performance and am a fast learner as well. Are positions offered under contract basis for MOH?

went for the vid interview on 13 Feb; havent receive outcome

seems like my hopes are dashed again
