with 2 rejections thus far (different places that I apply) in the 3 interviews that i went recently,

i really don't want to pin too much hopes on the last straw standing ie the MOHH one whh took place 13 Feb (panel interview).

mine was this month. How come 14 YOE u applied Manager? Was this pushed to you?

Lmao you must be a low wage earner. Even stat boards that are "non-profit" are paying out corporate bonuses on top of the usual package
