I'm not sure because my interview is only next week. But I suppose it is related to CV and situational or fit type questions.

How did you find the assessments?

I see, I was expecting them to conduct the competency interview in that same phone call without giving you preparation time. As for the online assessments wise, i thought it was alright, except the deductive reasoning one that I found to be pretty challenging. How about you?

i found it relatively simple compared to those from banks actually.

anyone completed the competency interview and awaiting results for the next stage? i thought the competency interview was quite intensive. how did y'all find it?

hi me too! i completed the interview last week and the consultant was intense af, they asked me at least 8 questions on really specific examples. they told me that the results will be latest by end april.
