Very simple and basic questions were asked:

- Please introduce yourself

- What is your strength and weakness

- What is your reason of leaving

- Please describe how well you understand this position

You gonna attend the interview session too?

Most banks are offering contract now. Hardly any opening for perm staff straight away.

Talking Was offered.

Went to interview in early Oct.
Got a call a week later to inform being shortlisted.
Received an offer confirmation in late Oct.
Offer is 2.9K as a Senior Officer, Bank Ops Officer.
Information in the email is very brief,
21 Days annual leave, general medical is covered. Some cash incentive of about $800 a year (lifestyle, health supplments, etc).

I am guessing the info about bonus, etc are in the offer letter.
I heard UOB do not practice awarding AWS, any one has any idea how the bonus are like at UOB?

Is this a good offer?

most banks no aws. bonus 7-8mths if meet target.

please do not mislead on the bonus part. the role will get minimally 1 month (because it is inline with union headcount's AWS) and maybe 3-4 if your biz unit does well.

3-4 months is below target. that means u didnt meet kpi. if individual & team kpi all meet should be 8 mths total.

Obviously wrong when u do not meet targets and yet get 3-4 months. Stop giving wrong info.
