500k sgd a month starting from ops is not possible la. But 50k sgd a month is still quite possible. Those who made it probably busy banging bank trainee gals lo than talking to new guys. And hes probably smart enough not to bigmouth about his pay since many bitter ops guys around. Those who made it 10-50k sgd a month ops guys are those with skills. I e. Smart enough to handle or create the entire process and improve / automate it... Those waiting for instructions are of course deadend la... Got money and condo of course show it to gals only.. Show it to guys , need to treat them some more. Not worth it..

was with uob at the sales side and I would say I didn t have a very pleasant experience. Plenty of product pushing (e.g night calls for every product that you don t hit), a lot of office politics, stuff that really calls into question the ethical behaviour of the bank and honestly the sales folks are treated like low level minions to be pushed around. And the kind of stuff that you see the sales people there do, well lets just say after working a few years you wouldn t want to see your family members walking into the bank unaccompanied.

hi, no new post on this thread since 2015 but thinking i should still try my luck hoping for a reply hahaha
recently got an interview invitation for UOB service executive & i would like to know more about this position, like what are the main responsibilities/job scope, is the pay dependent on how many sign ups i can get from cross-selling products/services? is there a target to meet for individual service exec or is it a teamwork, branch target kinda thing?
first time applying for a job in a bank & is a noob at anything bank related, appreciate it if anyone can help me out. thanks in advance!
