How long was the wait to get the ODVI? Just cleared the game based assessment last Wednesday.

Hi, may I ask what is the typical bonus in Shell these days? There was no bonus last year right? Is that a sign of new norm? Also, what does the various pay grades mean? such as 3 and 4? Is there room for much negotiation within the group? Thank you.

Completed ODVI for grad program early October and heard back 2 days after submitting. Have a live interview with them next week.
