Interview at shell
Hi, anybody been there for interview? What is the normal waiting time to know if im sucessful or not after the 1st interview?

That is funny. You have not gone for the interview yet you want to know the waiting time.
Usually companies will take 1-2weeks to reply after an interview. After that you should call the HR back to verify as certain companies DO NOT reply.
HR may want some people as backup if the candidate being offered the position chose not to take up the offer. Or they could just be rude.
