AFAIK graduate package got reduced due to oil prices
3.7 with typically 6 months bonus package
Females have higher chances of their application going through as shell aims to have 1:1 ratio of male-female
Commercial track still open but engineering side alr signed offers

3 month fixed bonus but you should consider this as part of your fixed pay.
Variable is as the name implies, variable. It depends on company and individual performance. The quantum also increases as you become more senior in the company. It can be anywhere from 0 month to as high as 15 months theoretically.
There is also performance shares if you are top performers. The quantum also increases as you become more senior. I've seen some individuals getting $100k just from the shares this year.

My advice would be to take Shell if you are offered. It has better upwards progression than the other big o&g in sg (at least for the first 2 years). Culture at shell is much better too.
Of course this is under the assumption you are offered at both

Oic, thanks for the advice, you worked at more than one oil major before to do this comparison or hearsay? Based on what u say about culture and shell being better for the first 2 years.
