It is an obvious job scam when they use a WhatsApp number. OP is obviously afraid to use a real phone number because it can be tracked and triangulated to the actual physical location.

For the uninitiated, you will be asked to pay fees to get the job (and may receive some compensation initially to lend a hint of legitimacy), but in the end, you will end up losing your money. No legitimate job will ask you to pay fees to join it, or even put in your own money temporarily as part of the day-to-day work.

PSA: Never reply to advertisements and anonymous, unsolicited contact through WhatsApp. All are scams, even if they do have a real-sounding name and a decent profile photo (Tip: It's fake!).
