How sure is your Friend on this statement? My friend went for training in Pioneer too but posted in PAC Jurong island. Advice me that if anyone were to be posted in Pioneer, al you need to do is to be patient, come with an open mind. After 2 years, there is no one whom regret joining exxon.

Same 3 person? There were 5 people. You have the same interview too? What position had you applied for?

I dunno why some ppl got called up for second interview and some no need. Btw what position u applying for and when is your 1st interview?

First interview was on first week on November. For second interview questions, they asked all kind of questions from experience to scenario-based decisions. Also typical question like what do you see yourself in 5 years, what is your strength and stuffs?

When you last did your interview? Is that the first or second?

I went for the 1st interview in early October. So far havent been called up for anything else yet. From this thread, I realised some positions will be called for 2nd interview, some no need. Wat position u applying for? I applied for Technician position under inexperienced.
