Things have change a lot in 3M. Last time many can get 7-8 months bonus easily, now can get 5 already laugh.

manufacturing 5 months is not bad lar

3M count their bonus in weeks, not months.
I only got 4 weeks variable bonus last year. And it's considered good already.
