The targets are okay. Insurance isn't hard to sell. If u do it needs based.
But promotion not easy. It's another target for promotion. To earn money not so hard.

Maybe your buddy was ********ting. Back office staff won't promote so quickly no matter how good you are.

It seems that SCB is now extending its IGP to BOMO roles now in SG, would like to ask any one currently there now about a few questions..

How’s the situation at SCB now?
Which department is good within BOMO if you are given a choice?
How’s the progression like if say you start off at band8/m17

for a non-business degree holder is ops assistant role overqualified given no corporate experience..? few of my friends(in HR department) gave me the heads up that i might be turned down because not suitable.. cos the salary that is capped within ops assistant role is lower than what companies should pay for my degree...
